Why I'd love for you to buy me a coffee [disclaimer: I will get a slice of pizza instead]: 1) Ironically, as the internet becomes more socially connected, "edgy" content has become more and more throttled, limited, and restricted; sacrificing voices and creativity for corporate revenue. 2) Not everyone has a place in their home for edgy and risque art; not everyone is currently in a position to buy a piece they might like. 3) Travel to vend at cultural events is somewhat necessary and always expensive, bringing not just art but often tables, gridwall, tablecloths, easels, risers, etc. I've done well at some, but have left others deep in the red. 4) I prefer to make and inspect all prints in person before selling them, so I do not prefer drop-ship, print-on-demand services. Consequently, inventory costs can be steep at times. 5) The rent is too damn high, and I enjoy the finer things in life like access to power and utilities, and food on my table. Thanks!
