My Terms of Service! GENERAL Thank you so much for commissioning me and I look forward to working with you. I do my absolute best to deliever my commissions within a week of order. However, there could be a delay in delievery if there is a lack of response or emergencies. I am someone who loves to draw and consistently drawing so please expect a rough draft, lineart draft, flat color draft, and final rendition draft in that order. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to me and I will do my best to help you. If there is controversy in your initial design, I will talk to you about it just to clarify and then decide from there. PAYMENTS Please pay in full for the commission by the time the rough draft is complete however accomondations can be made upon requests. If you fail to do so then the commission will be cancelled. If you are having financial troubles please let me know and I will do my best to help assist you through the commission. Payment plans can be made if needed with inquiry! REVISIONS Revisions are open however limit to the artist. I will approve of most revisions up until the final rendition draft unless its for small details (such as shading or replacing accessories, or changing the color of one part of the drawing.) DEADLINES AND DELIVERY Deadline can be requested if absolutely necessary. If you need something within 48-72 hours, please understand that it may be extremely rush and by agreeing to this TOS you are agreeing to the rushing service. If you would like it be NDA please tell me and I will not post it on my social media or anything until you post it. Once final files are given the okay and deliveried the commission will be marked as complete. If you have any concerns afterwards please message me as we can work on opening a new commission to assist you adqeuately. If there is for any reason controvery with the design, I will make note of it and decline future work with you. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS All commerical and private rights are to the buyer once the final files have been delievered and can be used as merchandise, marketing, and etc. REFUNDS Once Lineart draft is sent, half refund is available. Once final design and files are sent, full refunds have closed and thus are unavailable.
