Commission ToS: Contact me (comment to me on twitter or email @ jitaeyoung.merr3@gmail.com) to discuss the commission first, then pay me if I accept. I can reject any commission for any reason. Payment is 100% up front. Please do NOT chargeback me, if you need a refund or to cancel, message me and we can discuss it. You must credit me when using any of my art. Copyright remains with me, no matter what. During the commission, I will show you the sketch. Any major changes must be done at this phase. Once I begin the lineart, I will only do minor changes. Past the lineart phase, I will only fix errors made by me and no longer take any requests. I will update you with the estimated time frame as the commission comes in. Emotes and live2d models are commercial products. Other illustrations and ref sheets are not. Message me to discuss commercial prices. You are NOT allowed to resell your vtuber model drawn or rigged by me. Period. If this is a deal breaker, please find another artist. If you only commission model or rigging from me, you MUST get me in contact with the other artist so we can plan things out. This is not applicable if you commission both from me. I do not do furry/mecha/gore/nsfw. I will only rig feminine models - it is a long process, so I only wish to pick what I align to the most.
