On April 20th, 2023, the toilet in our bathroom flooded for a 2nd & 3rd time in one day. There has been some kind of blockage in the pipes below our building, which has hopefully been entirely resolved this time around. Unfortunately, a variety of items were damaged in our backroom. We lost carpets, a vacuum cleaner, wooden displays, & more. Although we're working on tallying up the damages & replacing them through our insurance company, this process could draw out for a while.
