I've reached the point where, for my own sanity, I need to ask someone to build a website for me. I'm too disorganised too use other platforms to try to sell my work. I become confused and disorientated, and end up in sensory overload. I need everything in the one place. This would also offer people the chance to browse in peace. Morri-Arty was founded at the onset of the Lockdown during March 2020. I am a self-taught artist inspired by animals. I try to capture the character and essence of beloved pets and wildlife and am currently working on private commissions and trying to build a website. I am also setting up a Redbubble account. I have two rescue cats, Bilbo and Gandalf, and a rescue Chihuahua called Marley. I believe passionately in adopting animals as there are so many deserving the chance of a loving home. While trying to set up my business finances are very stretched and a coffee would help keep me in paints and brushes and be very much appreciated. Many thanks for taking time to read this.

Welcome to Morri-Arty. I have, for several years now, held an image in my mind of a painting I feel compelled to create - on an old table top. It is intended to be a memorial to Cecil, the lion killed by trophy hunters. Since the killing of Cecil other members of his family have also fallen prey to trophy hunters and like many other people, this fills me with great sadness. To achieve this I need to create a bigger space to work in as the table top is circular and not small. And it is also very heavy and currently resting in an outhouse without any shred of dignity. Please help me achieve this dream. If I can achieve this it is my intention to sell the finished piece and donate any money made to the conservation of endangered species.
