MyBeachProject has been running since 2019 entirely fueled by my passion. I have been dedicating my free time & energy to preserve this island paradise raising awareness on plastic pollution. To be able to put in more time, taking this project further and still be able to sustain a living coffee is much needed. Organizing group cleanups, rewarding people joining me, offering basic supplies like gloves and refreshments.
Hello everyone, Sunny greetings from Seychelles. My name is Stefanie and I arrived on Praslin in November 2019. The idea to MyBeachProject was born straight on my first beach walk picking up bits and pieces of plastic and other litter. Since then I have been very passionate about preserving this beautiful paradise and raising awareness on plastic pollution by creating art out of my findings. By turning something ugly into something beautiful I hope to inspire others and open their eyes to the beauty of nature that surrounds us that needs to be protected and cared for.
