I have always funded the tea parties myself, with help from family and online supporters. Blue Sunday outgoings tend to come in the form of apps for creating graphics, fundraising pack items, and postage costs (for the giveaway). I would always rather people donated to the charities that Blue Sunday is fundraising for. But any extra given here is gratefully received.

Hello I'm Anna, a full-time poorly person sharing snippets of my life in the slow lane. In 2013 I started the annual Tea Party For M.E. It takes place on what has come to be known 'Blue Sunday' (the Sunday of M.E. Awareness week) a name that stuck after a blog post I wrote about the event.
