Regular turnaround times are between 3 and 8 days depending on feedback. There are 3 phases; sketch, colored sketch and final. 3 revisions, one in each phase is included in the cost. A printable file will be delivered up to 4k pixel dimensions. The use is limited to personal - please write upfront about commercial use. Same applies if you want to change from personal to commercial after a certain amount of time. Refunds are granted to 100% if I have not started, to 75% when you have received the sketch, 50% if you have received the colored sketch. 25% when you are unhappy about the final result. For suggested works your suggestion has priority but there are no regular turnaround times, I can just state that it will have priority and a printable version is included or you will get a discount on purchasing a print.
