I'm Regnant (aka Lord of Rappigs), and I'm an artist and webdeveloper. Most of my work is related to the Tales Of series of game or the Ginga anime/mangas. I run the Silver Fang Network, a group of fan-sites for Yoshihiro Takahashi's Ginga series. I do most of the programming and hosting myself, and just want to help keep fans interested in the series or introduce new fans!
