To better monitor my heart health as someone who has heart conditions that increases my risk of fainting and fall injury. It will notify my loved ones if I do fall and am not able to respond! Conditions: Bradycardia - slower than normal heartbeat (resting under 60 beats a minute) Arrhythmia - irregular heartbeat rate *Updated to Apple Watch instead of Samsung since I got an iPhone recently!
