Pirate Kung Fu “Pirate Kung fu” are workouts designed for the Pirate community. Exercises for health and functional strength, made for small spaces at your ship or your home without any extra equipment or costs. Physical workouts for pirates based on body weight exercises and traditional kung fu training. Movements for mobility, strength and fighting. Pirate Kung fu founder Jens Tzan Choong a.k.a “Wan Chou Zhong”(Ye Banished Privateers) - is a life long martial artist who has been working as a professional kung fu dancer at the Royal Swedish Opera in Stockholm for many years. Schooled in Tai Chi and Kung fu, currently training under Master Jakob Isaksson at Wudang Pai Sweden in Stockholm and under Sensei Fredrik Lundqvist.
