an ordinary city presents :Playtime, the 1st international festival dedicated to Ho Chi Minh City public spaces. Between July 25-29th, more than 20 events will invite you to engage, reflect and play in the city. an ordinary city is an independent collective of urbanists and architects who raise awareness on urban issues and inspire citizens to make their city better.
