Lindsay Walz, M.Ed. is a courageous heart who is committed to transforming our collective understanding of the everyday impact of stress and trauma - and the power of a resilient response. She has integrated her lived experience of PTSD, resulting from the collapse of the I-35W bridge in Minneapolis, with professional training and expertise to guide individuals and communities toward deeper well-being through her person-centered approach to resilience. Lindsay founded Courageous heARTS, a youth-centered arts nonprofit, which operated in Minneapolis from 2013-2020. She has been recognized locally and nationally for her work by the University of Minnesota, the Arts and Healing Network and others. Lindsay holds her M.Ed. in Youth Development Leadership from the University of Minnesota, where she was named a Rising Alumni in 2014.
