Elle has been invited to compete in the 4th annual Jacksonville Magazine Fashion Project! The theme this year is "Superheroes" and she has to design two looks for her model. Help offset the costs of fabric, feathers, beads, and notions by throwing us a few bucks. If she wins, she will be featured in a full spread in Jacksonville Magazine and one step closer to achieving her wish to be a proper couture designer. Will you help us out?
