We are leading the way in keeping waterways theatre alive. We celebrate real life stories of women on the canals by way of thoroughly researched and accurately presented performances, publications and audio recordings. And we’re committed to making it as accessible as possible taking entertaining, informative and affordable theatre, poetry and song to non-arts venues (including the internet!) Our current project is a community theatre project in Braunston - the centre of the canal system - celebrating the stories of the village and canal in the 1920s, including the historic 14 weeks strike by boatment working for Fellows, Morton & Clayton.
