You need to hex edit "Valkyria4_x64.exe" in the Game root folder. Look for: CA 7E 69 B8 39 8E E3 38 and change it to CA 7E 69 B8 39 8E E3 52 = 32:9 without bbars. In the Graphics Options turn Keep Widescreen --> OFF
