Te doy la bienvenida! Soy Alma, pintora, ilustradora y maestra de meditación. En 2009 lo dejé todo para ir a meditar a los Himalayas, en un viaje de exploración interior, llevando solo una pequeña maleta y un cuaderno de viaje en el que anotaba mis apuntes, dibujos y acuarelas. Después de un año de retiro en un monasterio, viajé por Asia conociendo y meditando en los lugares donde vivió el Buda, aprendiendo yoga y diferentes técnicas de meditación, mientras seguía registrando mis experiencias a través de reflexiones y dibujos en mis diarios gráficos. Hace más de 10 años comencé a dar clases de pintura, meditación y yoga. Comparto mis dibujos y fotos en Instagram @dreamlike.us y guío meditaciones semanales que comparto en YouTube y en el podcast Contemplarte con Alma. WELCOME!! I am Alma, painter, illustrator and meditation teacher. In 2009 I left everything to go meditate in the Himalayas, on a journey of inner exploration, carrying only a small suitcase and a travel notebook in which I wrote down my notes, drawings and watercolors. After a year of retreat in a monastery, I traveled Asia visiting and meditating in the places where the Buddha lived, learning yoga and different meditation techniques, while continuing to record my experiences through reflections and drawings in my travel journals. More than 10 years ago I started teaching painting, meditation and yoga classes.
