Hey all! I’m normally a freelance portraiture and documentary photographer working in London, Over the past year, thanks to the pandemic, I've moved into freelance writing which has been an interesting adventure in itself. I'm currently writing 'The Silver Way', a newsletter in which I’m digitally retracing my steps on the Camino de Santiago. From March to May 2019, over 45 days, I walked over 900km along the Via de la Plata (the Silver Way) route of the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage in Spain. Alongside that, I publish a regular newsletter ‘Notes on Freelancing’, sharing honest experiences, anecdotes, advice and thoughts from my time as a new freelancer. I also run Black River, an online journal for photographers exploring our relationship with the earth. If you enjoy what I do, you can support me here.
