In 1957, the TV world was introduced to Gerry Anderson for the very first time; A man who would go on to produce many incredible, visually outstanding, ground breaking TV shows such as Thunderbirds, Captain Scarlet and UFO that are still fondly remembered more than 50 years on. These are all safely in the care of ITV for the foreseeable future. However not all of Gerry's shows are offered this recognition and protection. Terrahawks, Gerry's 1983 TV comeback, has sadly been a causality of the numerous business malpractices of the film industry. The original negatives are lost, presumably junked in the mid 2000s. This means a true original HD remaster of this show will most likely never see the light of day. But with your kind donations and support, maybe I can provide the next best thing. I hold in my collection original cutting and studio material for Terrahawks that I believe will make for an amazing glimpse into the series at its best.
