Now that I’m on my menopause journey, I wished I had known more about it before setting off on my travels, but it isn’t too late - it never is. What I can do and have done is to share my story and set up a menopausal travel agency via Facebook which is a safe place and provides educational events for black people and people of colour to share their experiences and learn from professionals. It is a lack of information that leaves people unsupported during the menopause. Menopause isn’t just below the neck, it’s above and beyond. Our community is fully run on a voluntary basis and buying us a coffee will help support us as we continue to grow!
