Once I receive payment I will contact you via email within 2 working days and commissions usually take between 10-14 days to complete. I don't mind 1 or 2 simple revisions in the sketch phase, but any more than that and I will ask for up to half the sale price again to complete the commission. All my commissions are for personal use only and can not be used for commercial projects. If you want to acquire a commercial license for a commission, additional fees apply. I can only refund if I haven't started any work so please don't ask for a refund halfway through a commission, that isn't fair on the artist! If I can't do the commission for any reason (content, time, other commitments) I will refund you within 5 days via PayPal and let you know via email.
