Moving to another country can be very stressful. Britain Explained is a website that should help change that - a clear and simple guide to every aspect of daily life in Britain. I hope it will help people set up their home, become involved in the local community, make friends and discover some of the many things Britain has to offer.
My name is Susanna and I've spent 5 years writing content for the site, which I have so far funded myself. I am lucky to have had many people donate their time and expertise, but obviously there are ongoing costs associated with running a website. Any support is very gratefully recieved - not just because it helps financially, but also because it shows that others believe in the project.
