I've been seeking excision for 6 years, but for the last couple years it's become increasingly urgent. My kidney pain is constant and excruciating. I am now in a wheelchair. I can no longer function nor work, because of how bad it has gotten.
My name is Cori - I am an Endometriosis Advocate × Activist. I am a survivor of a hate crime + SA in a hospital, for being Transgender. [I have been singlehandedly suing the medical center involved for 5 years now] I'm disabled and in a wheelchair because of it. I am an artist, writer, public speaker, educator. I am working now on writing my book about my life and experiences. One day will be making films and music. I began painting as a way of doing therapy, and as a way to help save $$ for surgery. I am in need of a $15k+ excision surgery for the disease Endometriosis. I was featured in a NowThisNews mini Doc on Endometriosis × Trans. Also featured in Refinery29 [3x], ThoughtCatalog, Washington Post, VICE, PinkNews, multiple podcasts including Zoe Marshall's The Deep on Spotify now "The Man with Endometriosis"
