I wanted to find a platform where I could share a “behind-the-scenes” look into my spiritual up-leveling as I am In my day to day. I’ve chosen to live a high conscious life. It’s not always easy to stay in that higher vibration frequency. It can present big waves we ride through. It’s in our daily routines and choices that we begin to build that foundation and also listening to our emotions as they signal to us where our focus and energy needs to go. I used to have a real challenge with trying to over control and perfectionism. The things I do in my life now are not strict and structured. We can have more space for play and joy in our lives if we let go of holding on so tight.
