the usa recently tightened restrictions on shipping lettermail, and i'll have to ship items as parcels from now on. unfortunately this change happened right after i sent off a big pile of orders (which all came back to me as returns) AND i have 250+ preorders still waiting to ship that are now only covering 1/2 the cost that i'll have to pay!
