Editing Services for Next Book

It's been a few years since the first book in my "Maker of Fate" series was published. With book two in the works, I'd like to make sure I have the funding for professional editorial services for the book. There is a huge range of prices and I haven't picked out an editor I'd like to work with yet. But I'm not likely to go with an editor that is too pricy.
