I would like to develop a new local community art project and would love to provide all materials free of charge to anyone who would like to be involved. This is for young and old to be able to create a piece of art. Something to make people smile. Showing art is accessible to all.
Welcome to Elderbylj. During Covid-19 we started our first community project. We gave out free sunflower seeds, pots, compost and a lollystick (for a label) so that the loal community could grow sunflowers. A beacon of light, hope and happiness during these times. This project was very successful; we gave out over 200 seeds. We would like to develop further community projects. The art project being our second. We have also decided that the sunflower project will be an annual project. If you would like to donate by buying a packet of seeds (a coffee), or some paint (a coffee) we would be so very grateful.
