Hullo all! I'm Fared Unang Nad (he/dia) but you can call me Fared/Farid or Ari! I'm a 25 year old queer disabled full-time freelance illustrator and a linguist (with the degree for it!) My work feature themes of identity, belonging and hope, with most focusing on the intricacies of the malay identity and marginalisation. I also dabbled in mental health and OKU activism via comics or linguistic analysis and talks, but nowadays mainly focus on the niche in comics, speculative fiction illustration and game writing & art direction. I do art full-time as my options are limited due to complications from my disability and also ableist hiring practises. I appreciate any support I can get!
