- Stretching & Yoga classes to increase flexibility, reduce anxiety and induce calmness 🧘🏼♀️
I aim to create classes that are fun and enjoyable. I do not focus on highly creating polished classes, you are not “taking my class”, we are working out and getting fit together!
I have been teaching dance and fitness classes for most of my life and as a former professional dancer, staying active and fit is and will always be very important to me.
