A Mandolin's Yearbook

The idea behind "A Mandolin’s Yearbook" is to expand the repertoire for mandolin as a solo instrument by constantly collecting arrangements and original compositions. The individual chapters contain one piece in standard notation and tablature, information about composers, about the piece itself and the technical execution. In order to make the project accessible to the broadest possible audience, all texts are in English and German. For every "coffee" on Ko-fi you get the current chapter of the current month (maximum 1 lesson per month). If you have collected 8 chapters or more, you will receive the book for free after completion. If you missed the start of the project or you are missing a chapter, you can buy it retrospectively in the project's shop for € 4. Chapters bought in the shop count towards the 8 chapters for the complete book. The project starts on May 1, 2021 and ends on April 30, 2022. ----- Die Idee hinter "A Mandolin‘s Yearbook" ist es das Repertoire für die Mandoline als Soloinstrument durch stetiges Sammeln von Arrangements und Originalkompositionen zu erweitern. Die einzelnen Kapitel beinhalten ein Stück in Standardnotation und Tabulatur, Informationen über die Komponist*innen und Hinweise zum Stück selbst und zur technischen Umsetzung. Um das Projekt einem möglichst breiten Publikum zugänglich zu machen sind alle Texte in Deutsch und Englisch. Für jeden „Kaffee“ auf Ko-fi bekommst Du das aktuelle Kapitel des laufenden Monats (maximal 1 Lektion pro Monat). Wenn Du 8 Kapitel oder mehr gesammelt hast, bekommst Du das Buch nach Fertigstellung kostenlos dazu. Falls Du den Start des Projekts verpasst hast, oder Dir ein Kapitel fehlt, kannst Du es im Shop des Projekts für 4 € nachträglich kaufen. Im Shop gekaufte Kapitel zählen zu den 8 Kapiteln für das komplette Buch. Das Projekt startet am 1. Mai 2021 und endet am 30. April 2022.
