I am the certified health coach, published author, photographer and creator behind HEALTHY LITTLE VITTLES, a food blog that focuses on gluten-free, vegan, and plant-based recipes. 🌱 Suffering from food sensitivities and health ailments my whole life, giving up gluten and eating a primarily plant-based diet changed my life! I sought out to share my story and my recipes to help others like me, as well as those who are simply seeking to include more plants into their diet and are looking for healthier alternatives. My hope is to inspire people to pursue a healthier lifestyle to become the best versions of themselves while still indulging in their favorite meals- just in a different way!
