1. Half of the total amount must be paid in advance. 2. Once this payment has been made, within 2 to 4 working days the previous sketch will be sent, and once given the approval by the client, I will proceed with the color. 3. The client will have the possibility of making three changes to the sketch and/or illustration, from the fourth, a surcharge of 5€ will be charged. 4. Once the order is finished, it will be paid the second half of the amount, and I will send the maximum resolution file. 5. The creation, development and management of the order will be carried out within the agreed time frame, as long as the client has provided all the necessary material and information to carry out the project. 6. If, once the project has started, the client decides to cancel the order, the percentage advanced will not be refunded. 7. The client assumes the responsibility of reviewing the final illustration before starting any printing, reproduction and/or publication process, and relieves the artist of any responsibility for any errors that may occur, as long as he has not communicated them beforehand. 8. Proposals not accepted by the client, imply the waiver of any right over them, being available to the artist, as the author of them, to give them the use that they freely desires or deems most convenient. 9. The artist will be able to show the works done in her web portfolio and in her professional illustration profiles on social networks. 10. This agreement does not include additional works that may arise from changes by the client; if necessary, the artist will have to inform the client and may modify the budget by adding the increases in the amount that have been produced or could be produced, but maintaining the same valuation criteria used in the first budget. 11. The exploitation rights belong to the artist until the client makes 100% of the payment. // 1. La mitad del importe total, deberá abonarse por adelantado. 2. Una vez realizado este pago, en un plazo de 2 a 4 días laborables, se enviará el boceto previo, y una vez dado el visto bueno por parte del cliente, se procederá al color. 3. El cliente tendrá derecho a realizar hasta tres cambios sobre el boceto y/o la ilustración, a partir del cuarto se cobraría un recargo de 5€. 4. Una vez finalizado el encargo, se hará el pago de la mitad restante del importe, y se enviará el archivo en máxima resolución. 5. La creación, desarrollo y gestión del encargo se realizará en el plazo acordado, siempre y cuando el cliente haya aportado todo el material e información necesarios para realizar el proyecto. 6. Si una vez iniciado el proyecto el cliente decidiera anular el encargo, no se reembolsará el porcentaje adelantado. 7. El cliente adquiere la responsabilidad de revisar la ilustración final antes de empezar cualquier proceso de impresión, reproducción y/o publicación, y libera a la artista de cualquier responsabilidad por los errores que se pudieran producir, siempre y cuando no los hubiese comunicado con anterioridad. 8. Las propuestas no aceptadas por el cliente, implican la renuncia a cualquier derecho sobre ellas, quedando a disposición de la artista, como autora de las mismas, para darles el uso que libremente desee o crea más conveniente. 9. La artista podrá mostrar los trabajos realizados en su portfolio web y en sus perfiles profesionales de ilustración en redes sociales. 10. Este acuerdo no incluye trabajos adicionales que se puedan derivar de los cambios por parte del cliente; si se diera el caso, la artista tendrá que informar al cliente y podrá modifcar el presupuesto añadiendo los incrementos en el importe que se hubieran producido o se pudieran producir, pero manteniendo los mismos criterios de valoración utilizados en el primer presupuesto. 11. Los derechos de explotación pertenecen a la artista hasta que el cliente efectúe el 100% del pago.
