I also gift my book, Scribbles of a Broken Sparrow, to others that are suffering from depression, so they too will know they are not alone in their mental health journey. (Not in lieu of medical assistance, of course). In addition to the above, I contribute to Suicide Prevention through love, compassion and understanding.
