Note: you are purchasing a DIGITAL product. No physical goods will be shipped. By requesting a commission, you agree to the following: 1. Commissioned artwork is for your personal use only and must not be resold or used for commercial purposes. 2a. The copyright of commissioned images is retained by the Artist (Jax-chan). Commissioned images must not be claimed as your own, traced or used as bases. All characters belong to their respective creators, where applicable. 2b. The Artist's signature/watermark is not to be removed. Should the image be cropped or edited so that signature or credit URL is no longer vsible, please credit the artist via Ko-Fi. 3a. Payment for Ko-Fi commissions is received upfront. Should the Artist be unable to fulfill your commission for any reason, you will be informed via email and receive a refund via PayPal. 3b. Cancellations during preliminary or working stages will receive a partial refund dependent on the amount of work completed. No refunds will be given if the commission is nearing completion or completed. 4. Revisions may be made upon receipt of the draft sketch, provided that they do not require a full redraw of the image. Once the sketch and/or draft colours have been approved by the commissioner, revisions may incur a fee unless required to conform to to the original specifications. 5. Completed commissions will be sent digitally to the Client. The Artist will not be held responsible for the safe-keeping of files after delivery and cannot guarantee that back-ups will be held should the data be lost by the Client.
