Jessica Rehfield is a Jewish-American author and painter who also loves Yiddish. She wrote and illustrated this book to share Yiddish with people from her parents' age to their grandchildren! Jessica studied Yiddish with many teachers and organizations during the pandemic and continues to do so. This book teaches Yiddish using a story about matzoh ball soup, It is for anyone who wants to reconnect with their Yiddish heritage or to learn about being Ashkenazi, American and Yiddish.
