Yoga is often practiced in the western hemisphere as a separate exercise, meaning you physically leave your dwelling to devote time to physical postures, and then go home to think about everything else that is going on. Yoga is meant to be practiced and integrated into daily life. Yoga gives you the skills and tools to live life fully, in the present moment.
