Any amount. The park I frequent is a throughfare for Venezuelans, and others making their way west to Panama and then to wherever. There is one or two vendors selling food near the park entry, but often the drifters don't have enough even for a tinto (small coffee). Discretion is the name of the game, otherwise I become a target.
