The NAS I am using for all backups needs a disk update. It's been using the same HDDs for several years now, so they are both getting full and also run a higher risk of failure as time goes by. They need to be replaced with newer (and larger) HDDs, to ensure nothing goes wrong. I've already started and replaced 2 out of the 5 drives, so there are 3 more HDDs that need to be replaced. I've chosen the IronWolf 8TB model for the new drives.
I'm a software developer and the author of Amiberry, the Amiga emulator for various devices (like the Raspberry Pi). I also maintain several other Open Source projects, enjoy tinkering with Retro computing, learning new stuff and helping others become better!
