But generally speaking you can expect your commissions within the above time frame. Usage: All commissioned artwork is FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. No commercial usage is allowed. Commercial usage is an entirely separate level of licensing, negotiation, and contracts. Ben Moss (that's me when I'm not being called PLOID). Refund Policy: No refunds on commissioned artwork, except in cases of my inability to complete the commission. For example: my drawing arm is lost in a bizarre farm equipment accident or I get eaten by radioactive space sharks, or you know... Corona Virus or something. You get it. If I am physically able to complete the commission and DO the work, no refunds. It is my normal policy to update the commissioner as the work is being done, to show progress. Commissions Policy Caveat: YOU ARE COMMISSIONING ME. That means it will be my interpretation, in my style.
