Once I receive payment and you've filled out the form, I'll contact you within 2 business days, just to let you know I got everything. I do not consider this a completed order until you fill out the form. If the form is not filled out in two business days, I reserve the right to cancel the order so I can move on to other work. If I have any questions, I'll ask them at that time. Depending on how busy I am with a deadline, I should be able to get your story back to you within 14 business days. The story you receive is for your personal use only. I hold the copyright, so you are not allowed to sell or publicly share it without my express written permission. If you'd really like to share it on your blog, etc, please just write to me first. As the copyright holder, I retain the right to publish your short story elsewhere. When you fill out the form, I spell this out more and give you an opportunity to opt-out of having any personally identifiable information (such as your name) included. I will be happy to refund your money up until I begin writing. After that, it's really not fair to cancel for work already begun. If you are unhappy with the story you receive, please let me know. I do allow up to two revisions, but after that, I'll require an extra $10 fee for every two revisions after that. If I can't do the work for whatever reason (time, sickness, family, etc), I will contact you within 5 business days via email and refund your money via PayPal.
