Hi, I’m a freelance creative raising funds to make a feature film focusing on love between adults with learning disabilities. The funds will pay cast/crew and make the film to the best standard possible. ‘Sagacity’ is based on true events. 2 men with #learning disabilities fall in love and a support worker campaigns for their right to form a relationship. Having worked in the industry, I saw first hand how often a diagnosis can be used to prevent the freedoms of choice that we all enjoy. The film will create work for disabled actors, who are massively underrepresented in mainstream Tv & film.
