Plastic Adventures! We are building a people-powered plastic playground in Liverpool, and sharing our learning online. At the moment we run regular free Plastic Playgroup sessions at DoES Liverpool. People can bring their own household plastic, shred it, melt it, and create new things like jewellery, pencil cases and signs to use or sell. It's free to join in, but you are invited to make a contribution to help us finish the plastic playground, offer more free events to the local community, and pay facilitators a fair rate - which means we can involve those who can't afford to work for free, instead of relying on financially privileged volunteers. If you like the sound of our work but can't afford a pledge, consider sharing our story on social media or in person. Thanks!
