ORDERING PHASE -All Payments made via PayPal (nscram@yahoo.com); the commissioner will be required to pay the first half upfront upon receiving the invoice. The remainder of the payment is due with the first sketches. -If the 2nd half of the payment is not received after the first week, the order will subsequently be dropped and no refund will be issued. -The first two revisions are FREE of charge. Any further revisions beyond will be an additional 5% increase to the final price (i.e. $20 commission + 3 revisions = $21, not including sales tax). DRAWING PHASE -All illustration commissions will be generated in 8.5"x11" (Letter) format @ 300 DPI by default unless otherwise noted by the commissioner (chibis do no apply to this rule) -I will keep you updated on commission progress as much as possible; if no response is received within two weeks, the order will be dropped and no refund issued. REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS -I reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for whatever reason. -If I am unable to complete your commission for whatever reason, a 50% refund will be offered upon immediate cancellation. FINISHING PHASE -I reserve the rights to use the finished illustration for portfolio presentations and any reason I wish (outside of resale of commissioner's Original Characters/Concepts). If the commission is of your own character(s), you retain all rights to your character(s). -Please credit me appropriately if you reupload the commission to any image sharing sites or social media (include my name and a link when possible!). -All Art Files (especially the high-quality JPG and PNG print files, EPS vectors and PSD files, if applicable) are for PERSONAL USE ONLY and not for redistribution.
