If I have a large list of customers, this is subject to CHANGE and you will be notified. There will be a wait list within the discord server so that you can see your packages progress. I work long hours to ensure that you will be satisfied with the work that I have produced for you, so any form of credit would be amazing. • You are not allowed to claim the commission as your own work. • Please make sure that the commission is not altered in any way, shape or form. This will breach the agreement of commission usage. If you are unsure about the rules stated above, you need to contact me ASAP so that we can talk about it. You will need to show me where the quality of work was lower as well as explain as to where it needs improvement. • I will offer you a free alteration - You have the right to agree to this OR ask for the refund. I highly suggest taking the alteration so that I also have a chance to improve my work, but also to give you the satisfaction of the product you were looking for. • I have full rights to reject a refund if I feel as if the customer has done the following: - Asked for a refund out of spite - Asked for a refund to get a free product - Asked for a refund if the customer has been difficult or rude to me in the process - Asked for a refund but hasn't stated a reasonable reason as to why they want one If you are unsure about the rules stated above, you need to contact me ASAP so that we can talk about it. Please know that it would then require for you to give me consent to use your character model for this purpose and this purpose ONLY. Character models and files will be deleted afterwards to ensure privacy and rights to keep your character for yourself. • If at any point you are unable to make the appointed time for the photoshoot, please let me know in advance so that I can get your time slot changed. • If at any point I need to jump servers and I do not possess a lvl 50+ character on your data center with story jump, I might request for you to wait till I can or ask if you're okay to keep the locations in an easy accessible location. • I can't read minds, so I will need some idea's of your theme.
