I’m Laura. I’ve been in polyamorous relationships for 15 years now, and I've realized it was a great fit for my attitude toward relationships. I’ve been in polycules that have ranged from temporarily closed Vs to constellations whose shapes get increasingly indescribable. I've been educating about polyamory in various formats for several years, but in 2020 this project expanded and I launched the Ready for Polyamory blog & podcast. Since then, I've been doing my best to spread information & conversation about polyamory on a wider scale, with an eye to realism, pragmatic advice, and giving folks the tools to choose their own nonmonogamous adventures. My first book was released in fall 2021, and the second is coming Spring 2022, and I continue to blog, podcast, and create social media content to move the conversation forward about polyamory (and whenever possible add some nuance to conversations that start out black-and-white, because relationships so seldom are that simple). I want to help others get the most joy possible out of their relationships, and out of their interactions with the world about those relationships.
