Once I receive payment I will contact you via email within 2 working days and commissions usually take between 3 to 10 days to complete. I don't mind 1 or 2 simple revisions but any more than that and I will ask for up to half the sale price again to complete the commission. Feel free to use the commission however you like, but I would still like to be credited with the work, especially if you use it for commercial purposes. I can only refund if I have not started any work so please don't ask for a refund half way through a commission, that isn't fair on the artist! If I can't do the commission for any reason (content, time, other commitment) I will refund you within 5 days via Paypal and let you know via email.
