Laptop upgrade!

ACK! I'm using 2 laptops -- one is great for simple social media work but the other one is lacking in tools needed for sound recording/editing for podcasts. What should take an hour or two is taking upward of 8 per ONE hour of audio. This will not do -- not when I'm recording an over 800 page book. HALP!
