I'm trying to set aside money for top surgery, since I've waited 31 months and expect to wait at least another three and a half years for the NHS to provide that - almost definitely more. Any spare change is appreciated if you enjoy the stuff I do. I expect the cost to be around £7-8k, and don't expect to raise anywhere near that here, but I'll set aside anything I get from Ko-fi to add to my own savings towards this.
