They're 300 x 300px and the format is PSD. You don't strictly have to use them for emotes, you can also make icons or anything else you'd like! ✧ It's 2€ for the whole pack. Any tips will be very appreciated, but don't feel pressured 💗 ✧ Basic understanding of how to use digital art software is needed. ✧ Personal and commercial use is allowed. You can take commissions with these bases and sell premade emotes. ✧ Please credit me! "Emote bases by miffurin" or similar will suffice :) ******FAQ****** Q: What are these for, exactly? A: These are downloadable bases that you're meant to complete by drawing your character's hair and clothes in order to make your own emotes, as opposed to drawing them from scratch. It might be what you're looking for if you want to try creating your emotes by yourself but struggle with chibi proportions or keeping a consistent style, or if you simply want to save yourself some of the work! Q: How do I use this? A: Unzip the file with a compression program such as 7-zip (although your device might be able to decompress files natively). You'll get the PSD's files of the bases, which are compatible with a wide variety of digital art programs: Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, Paint Tool Sai, Krita, Procreate, etc. Open the bases in your preferred program and draw on them to customize them to your liking! Once finished, you might need to resize them before exporting as PNG to meet the Twitch/Discord emote requirements. 🟣 Twitch: You can export them as PNG without resizing and use Twitch's auto-resize, or you can manually export three differently sized PNG's: 28 x 28px, 56 x 56px and 112 x 112px. Personally, I recommend manual export so you can tweak the 28 x 28px version a bit to improve readability, mainly by emphasizing lines. 🟣 Discord: The standard size is 32 x 32px, but it accepts up to 128 × 128px. Q: I can't draw, can I commission you to draw the emotes for me instead? A: No, I don't take emote commissions at the moment, sorry! Q: Can I buy this pack and give it to someone else so they draw the emotes for me? A: Yes. Q: Can I share this pack with my friend/partner/family member/etc.? A: The pack is for individual use. You can buy it and gift it to someone, but if you're both going to use it, please buy two copies or just set 4€ as the amount to pay. Q: The bases look blurry/pixelated/low quality, what's wrong? A: If you're using a phone or an iPad, chances are your device is zooming in on them because they're small and it's trying to make them fit the screen. They should still look good at their real, smaller size. Q: Can I change the bases' features like the eyes or mouth? A: Absolutely, feel free to change them as much as you need! Q: Do you have tips on how to make emotes? A: The truth is I'm an emote newbie myself...! 🥲 I suggest checking out katliente's videos on YouTube, she walks you through her process and gives good tips and advice!
