He began his musical studies in his hometown, later he moved to Madrid where he continued his studies with José de Nebra. First he was organist of the Encarnación, later he is mentioned as second organist of the royal chapel. On December 11, 1750 he was appointed first organist of the Cathedral of Toledo, a position he held until the end of his life. In the edition of P. López Calo appear a total of eleven works by this composer, including five Fugues, one Paso, one Intento, two Sonatas and two Minuets.
